Standard Terms & Conditions

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Full payment or a booking advance must be made to confirm services.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or government regulations.

Cancellation charges will apply as per the policy of airlines, hotels, or service providers.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days.

No refunds will be made for unused services or no-shows.

MTT assists with visa processing but does not guarantee approval.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents.

MTT is not liable for any loss due to visa delays or rejections.

We recommend all travelers purchase travel insurance for protection against unforeseen events.

MTT can assist in arranging travel insurance on request.

Any request for changes must be made in writing.

Additional charges may apply for amendments, depending on airline/hotel policy.

MTT reserves the right to make necessary changes in the itinerary due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, force majeure).

MTT acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport, etc.).

We are not liable for any loss, injury, delay, or damage caused by third-party services.

Clients must adhere to local laws and customs at their travel destinations.

Travelers are advised to check health advisories and take recommended vaccinations.

MTT is not responsible for any health-related issues arising during or after the trip.

Any special requests (e.g., meals, room preferences) must be made at the time of booking.

While we strive to meet requests, they are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

In case of disputes, the matter shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts located in Hyderabad, India.

By confirming a booking with MTT, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
