Refund Policy

At Madarwala Tours and Travels (MTT), we strive to provide the best possible service and customer satisfaction. However, we understand that plans may change, and we have outlined our refund policy below to ensure clarity and transparency.

 

1. Flight Bookings

Refunds on cancelled flights will follow the respective airline’s refund policy.

Service charges and convenience fees collected by MTT are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after confirmation from the airline.


2. Tour Packages

Cancellation before 30 days of travel: 80% refund

Cancellation 15–29 days before travel: 50% refund

Cancellation 7–14 days before travel: 25% refund

Cancellation within 7 days of travel or no-show: No refund

Note: Refunds for packages including flights, hotels, or third-party services are subject to their individual cancellation policies.


3. Hotel Bookings

Refunds depend on the hotel’s individual cancellation policy at the time of booking.

Non-refundable hotel bookings are not eligible for a refund.


4. Visa Services

Visa fees paid to consulates/embassies are non-refundable, regardless of approval or rejection.

MTT’s service charges for visa processing are non-refundable once the application is submitted.


5. International/Religious Group Tours (e.g., Ziyarat Packages)

Refund terms will be shared at the time of booking and may vary based on package partners (airlines, hotels, transport vendors).

Once the group ticket is issued, only taxes (if applicable) may be refunded, subject to airline policy.


6. Refund Process

All eligible refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment or via bank transfer.

Refunds may take 7–14 working days depending on the type of service and provider involved.

Any delay beyond this will be communicated proactively.


7. No-Show or Early Return

No refund will be provided in case of a no-show or early departure unless covered under a valid travel insurance policy.
